Gemma Conti brings not only deep classroom experience but also strategic oversight as a senior leader when it comes to supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As an Assistant Principal for Progression, she has been directly responsible for embedding inclusive teaching practices and coaching staff across an entire school on how to meet the needs of diverse learners.
